Scope for student data

This notice applies to current students, alumni, minor students, foreign students, and students enrolled or sponsored by organizations across Wall Street English Thailand programs.
Where a student is a minor, certain collection, use, or disclosure activities may require consent from a parent, guardian, or legal representative.
The company may collect data directly from students, guardians, sponsoring organizations, online systems, business partners, or relevant public sources.

Student data we may collect

Identification and contact data, such as name, date of birth, age, nationality, gender, address, phone number, email, identity card, passport, and photographs.
Learning data, such as placement results, attendance history, course progress, online learning accounts, and communication with teachers, coaches, or consultants.
Transaction and support data, such as payment records, guardian or emergency contact data, and audio, photo, or video recordings in service areas.

Purposes and lawful basis

Personal data is used to provide services, answer enquiries, process applications, manage payments, deliver support, prepare documents, and operate internal business functions.
Processing is based on appropriate lawful bases, including contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and protection from harm where applicable.
Sensitive data and minor-related data are processed only where necessary and under conditions required by law.

Disclosure, transfer, and retention

Data may be shared with affiliates, system providers, payment providers, advisors, business partners, or government agencies where necessary and lawful.
If data is transferred overseas, the company will consider appropriate safeguards under applicable privacy laws.
